• Our money back guarantee is valid if all instructions as to how and when it's suitable to use the product have been followed as laid out in the instruction leaflet. 
• In order to apply for a refund under our money back guarantee we ask that in the first instance you contact us within 30 days of use with your order number at customercare@airdrate.com. 
• In order to determine why the earplugs did not perform as expected we will ask you to kindly answer some questions and then return the product to us at our operational address in the UK. 
• Cost of the product minus any discounts given will be refunded within 14 days to the payment method used when purchased.
• This guarantee covers the cost of a single pack only.  

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as set out in the returns policy and terms of sale.
